Please note that all sales on crystals, crystal goddesses, candles, and body products are final and no refund can be issued.

If wanting to return any other product than those listed above, you will have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. Item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.

You are responsible for paying for your shipping cost for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, then we will inspect it and issue a refund.

Orders will be fulfilled within 4-6 business days.

Please double check your address and make sure it is correct prior to placing your order.

I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

If you provide the wrong address and the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the shipping company to fix the address.

Please note that all items, other than the crystals, are handmade. Due to the products being handmade there might be slight imperfections such as air bubbles.

Crystals are hand carved and may have some imperfections. Please email us if you have questions about a specific crystal.

All products are made in a pet friendly home. The home is not allergy controlled. Products contain possible allergens. These allergens include herbs, spices, fragrances, oils, florals and other possible allergen ingredients. All products are stored separately, but there cannot be a guarantee that any of the items are 100% allergen free.
